2,100 hours uploaded every 60 minutes, or 50,400 hours uploaded to YouTube every day. If we were to measure that in movie terms (assuming the average Hollywood film is around 120 minutes long), 35 hours a minute is the equivalent of over 176,000 full-length Hollywood releases every week. Another way to think about it is: if three of the major US networks were broadcasting 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year for the last 60 years, they still wouldn’t have broadcast as much content as is uploaded to YouTube every 30 days.

The first thing to do is Open a YouTube Account.

Remeber, writing the name of your organisation in the Username field is a good way to get easier your organisation on the web.
1.Logo
As all you know Logo for the company plays a crucial role in communicating the message of the enterprise to the world. It is a graphical representation of the company in the marketplace. This relevance is obviosuly reported to YouTube as well.
Once Sign-in your YouTube page, go to the "Account setting" than upload your Organisation logo.
2.Profile Setup
In this section is possible to describe the mission and the goal of your organisation.
- Click on the Account setting on the top bar of your YouTube page
- Go to the Profile Setup section
- Fullfill the "About me, Personal Details and Hometown" fields
3.Favourites
One of the best features of having a YouTube Page is the Favourites sections which allow users saving videos to access later or share with friends is a snap. All you need to do is to set up your 'Favorites' section, and you'll have your own personal YouTube.
- Browse the vast array of video content. When you find a video that interests you, click either the image or the text to load the video's page.
- Click the '+' symbol that appears in the video. This automatically saves the video to a 'QuickList.' You can file videos in your 'QuickList' into 'Favorites' or other Playlist categories at a later date. A QuickList just allows you to quickly bookmark and save the video.
- Click 'Save to Favorites.'
- Make sure the 'Favorites' box is checked, and then hit 'OK'. You may also choose Playlist from the pull-down menu and save the video to a specific Favorites category you have previously created.
- Click 'My Account' followed by 'Favorite Videos' at any time to access all your saved content.
4.Embed a Video
- Click 'Log In' to sign in with an existing account. If you're not a member of YouTube yet, hit 'Sign Up' and complete the registration process.
- Browse through the selection of video content, either by looking at featured videos or by clicking on specific categories.
- Find an interesting video and click on the video image or text link to view it.
- Watch the video. If you'd like to leave comments, click the 'Post A Text Comment' text link. A blank box will appear.
- Type your comment in the box and click 'Post Comment.' Hit 'Discard' to erase what you've written and start again.
- View your comment immediately in the Comments & Responses area of the page.
Post Video Comments on Videos
- View an interesting video. If you choose to leave a video response instead of a basic text response, click 'Post a Video Response' on the video's main page.
- Create a title for your comment
- Write a description
- Type in appropriate tags for searching purposes.
- Choose your language.
- Click 'Allow' under the 'Adobe Flash Player Settings' window. If your Webcam is properly connected, you'll receive word in the dialogue box that recording can begin. Record your comments and post them.
7.Private and Public Videos
The video uploaded on YouTube are usually watchable by the entire YouYube community. However YouTube provide an option which permit users sharing private videos.
If you'd like to share one of your videos with a select and limited audience, you can do so by setting your video to Private.
Once the video's set to Private you'll be able to share it with up to 50 other users.
Once you've set the video to Private you'll be able to send the video's private URL with your contacts. Once your contacts receive the private URL, they'll be able to sign into their YouTube account and watch the video.
how to find and send a private video's private URL:
- Sign in to your YouTube account and click the Account link located (at the top-right of any page ).
- Next, click the Uploaded Videos link. Click and choose the video you want to send to your friends. Then, click the Edit button.
- Under the Broadcasting and Sharing Options section (on the left-hand side of the page towards the bottom) you'll see Privacy options. Click the little black arrow / triangle to expand and see all your privacy options (if its not already open and you cannot see your privacy options).
- If the video's set to Private, there will be a URL section below the Private option. This is the special private link that you will send to (up to) 50 contacts so that they can watch your private video.
